On yesterday's Alan Titchmarsh show, Rosemary Shrager cooked Alan some very tasty looking fish with home made wedges! If you can't make it out to your local chippy tonight to celebrate National Chip Week, this is a great stay at home recipe!

Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow! Yes driving snow couldn't put me off presenting Tariq Siddique of the Albany Fish Bar in Cardiff with the Wales Perfect Portion. And what chips! It's not surprising that this is the second time round he's won this prestigious honour. Just skiing my way down to Devon for the final award of the week... watch out for lazy James paying his forfeit on route! Love Cheggers x
