Homemade Wedges

Serves: 4

Ingredients

700g / 1½lb potatoes - even sized
Olive oil

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 200°C / Gas Mark 6.
  2. Cut each potato into eight wedges, leaving the skin on.
  3. Place the wedges in a bowl with the olive oil and stir until coated.
  4. Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
