Serves: 4
100g/4 oz bitter chocolate
50g/2 oz butter
1 unwaxed lemon
1tsp chilli flakes
Pinch of salt
1. Mix butter with the lemon zest and juice, salt and chilli flakes.
2. Gently melt chocolate by placing it in a bowl over a pan of hot water.
3. Remove melted chocolate from pan, add butter mixture and fold in.
4. Drizzle over hot chips.
