The Times loves our Perfect Portion Winners!
On Saturday, the Times had a thought provoking article about the amazing longevity of the chip!
It also listed three of our Perfect Portion award winners as their favourites!
The last day-hey of my National Chip Week 2010 Tour and time to sample a local Devon delicacy - battered chips! They're a popular choice at Krispies of Exmouth where I presented a delighted Tim and Kelly Barnes with the South West Perfect Portion. I'm now headed home... I wonder what's for tea? Yesterday, the Star on Sunday's supplement, Take 5 magazine, featured one of our favourite recipes -pesto cod and home made chips!
This recipe is definitely worth a try tonight - healthy, easy and tasty to boot!

We always knew just how good our chippy recipes are but it seems the magazines are loving them too! Lemon and Parsley Chicken with Chips has been featured in the most recent Great British Food magazine, calling it a 'delicious pub favourite'. We couldn't agree more - a healthy dinner that is also a tasty treat!
